### Professional career

- Fred J. Anthony is a judge of the Shelton Probate Court (Division 42) in Fairfield County, Connecticut, elected in 1994 and re‐elected every four years since
- Co‐founded Anthony & Reale in 1992, a private practice specializing in criminal defense, probate, wills, estates, and family law
- Current: Judge, Shelton Probate Court (PD‐42), Fairfield County, CT
- Special Assignments: Designated by the Chief Justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court as a “Special Assignment Judge” for complex matters in other probate districts
