### Professional career

- Nominated by Delaware Governor Matt Meyer in April 2025 to serve as a Judge in the Court of Common Pleas, New Castle County, and confirmed by the Delaware Senate on May 8, 2025
- He publicly took the oath of office on September 4, 2025, in the Leonard L. Williams Justice Center, administered by Chief Judge Carl C. Danberg
- Judge of the Delaware Court of Common Pleas, confirmed in 2025 and inaugurated on September 4, 2025, after a 21‐year career in public defense and forensic services
- Before joining the bench, Spadaccini served 21 years as an Assistant Public Defender with Delaware’s Office of Defense Services (ODS), where he led the Court of Common Pleas Unit from 2010 until his appointment.
- First term as a Court of Common Pleas judge in Delaware
