- Screven County State Court Judge — elected in 2016 and re‐elected unopposed
- Zell Miller in 1991; served until 1996 Multiple campaigns for Superior Court Judge in the Ogeechee Judicial Circuit (1996, 2000) — unsuccessful Elected Screven County State Court Judge in 2004, defeating incumbent Lisa Gross
- Public Service: Elected Solicitor for Screven County State Court (1988) Appointed State Court Judge for Screven County by Gov
- First Judgeship: Municipal Court Judge for Springfield in 1981
- Recognized in professional directories such as, Martindale, and for his work in business law, real estate law, and general civil practice
- Has also served by special appointment as Judge of the State Court of Effingham County and as Rincon City Judge
