### Professional career

- trial and appellate litigator with the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, specializing in constitutional law, voting rights, election law, tax, administrative law, and appeals (2011–2023)
- Judge Sullivan began his legal career clerking for Judge John Webb on the Colorado Court of Appeals and Justice Nathan Coats on the Colorado Supreme Court

- University of Colorado Law School and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business — J.D.
