## Biography

### Professional career

- On January 22, 2024, Governor Albert Bryan Jr. nominated Willocks for a 10-year term as a Justice of the Virgin Islands Supreme Court
- Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands, appointed in 2024 after decades of legal service in the territory’s judicial and public defense systems.
- 2009: Nominated by Governor John P. de Jongh Jr. as a Superior Court Judge; later reappointed by Governors Kenneth Mapp and Albert Bryan Jr
- 1992: Chief Territorial Public Defender, modernizing the office and achieving one of the highest jury trial win rates nationally
- 1978–1985: Teacher at Elena Christian and Arthur Richards Junior High Schools, and at St. Croix Central High School

- He completed his Juris Doctor at Antioch School of Law in 1987.
- He graduated from St. Croix Central High School in 1975, obtained a B.A. from Morgan State University in 1978, and pursued graduate studies in political science at Howard University.
