- From 2008-2014, Magistrate Judge Herrmann served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the DC United States Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted sex offenses and domestic violence crimes in Superior Court.
- Magistrate Judge Herrmann also served in the Justice Department’s Commercial Litigation Branch and Environment & Natural Resources Division
