### Professional career

- In August 2025, the Comisión de Evaluación Judicial of the Poder Judicial de Puerto Rico completed an evaluation of Judge Aguilar Pérez’s performance under the Ley del Sistema de Evaluación de Jueces y Candidatos a Jueces (Law No. 91-1991)
- The evaluation recommended her ascenso (promotion) to Judge of the Tribunal de Apelaciones (Appellate Court)
