## Biography

### Professional career

- 2023 – Returned to the Appellate Division following Justice Michael Noriega’s confirmation
- 2022–2023 – Temporarily assigned to the New Jersey Supreme Court to fill Justice Barry T. Albin’s vacancy, after Chief Justice Stuart Rabner’s appointment
- Jack M. Sabatino is a judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, appointed in 2006, and has also served temporarily on the New Jersey Supreme Court between 2022 and 2023
- Before joining the judiciary, he clerked for U.S. District Judge Henry Meanor and New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Marie Garibaldi, worked in private practice until 1989, and then held the role of New Jersey’s Assistant Attorney General in charge of civil litigation
- Appellate Presiding Judge on the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division

- B.A. summa cum laude from Yale University in 1979 and a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1982.
