- Licensed Georgia attorney and appointed Magistrate Judge for Forsyth County, Georgia, serving on the Forsyth County Magistrate Court since July 2020
- Selected as a Magistrate Judge for Forsyth County by Chief Magistrate Judge Walker Bramblett on July 1, 2020, and sworn in on July 16, 2020 by Forsyth County Probate Judge Lynwood D. Jordan, Jr

- In January 2023, the Superior Court of Forsyth County issued an Administrative Order formally recognizing Musgrove as one of the magistrates authorized to assist other judges in the circuit, in accordance with O.C.G.A.. 15‐1‐9.1(b)(2)(D)
- Previously practiced personal injury and business litigation at McConnell & Sneed, LLC in Atlanta Founded The Musgrove Law Firm, LLC in Cumming, GA in 2016 Continues to represent clients in personal injury, estate planning, and business matters while serving as a magistrate
