### Professional career

- “Jimmy” Garner is the current State Court Judge for Treutlen County, Georgia, serving until May 21, 2028, and is based in Soperton, GA
- Candidate for re‐election as Treutlen County State Court Judge in the 2024 Georgia Primary Election

### Education

- B.A. in History and Political Science (Cum Laude) from Mercer University in 1993, with an ROTC scholarship, and later received his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law (Cum Laude) in 1996
