- Elected Associate Circuit Judge for the 45th Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri, covering Lincoln and Pike Counties, and has served on the bench since 2010
- Attorney at Mueller & Suddarth (1997) and later Partner at Mueller, Beck & Meyer (2010)
- Associate Circuit Judge, Department Division II of the 45th Judicial Circuit Court, which includes Lincoln and Pike Counties, Missouri

- He was first elected in 2010, re‐elected in 2014, 2018, and most recently in 2022 for a term through December 31, 2026.
- He has also held the role of past president of the Troy Area Chamber of Commerce, Troy Kiwanis Club, and Troy Rotary Club, and was involved with the Troy Elks Lodge and Lincoln County Habitat for Humanity
