### Professional career

- Judge of the Beaver County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania, elected in 2013, with a career spanning federal law enforcement, private litigation, and judicial service
- Partner, Bowers, Ross & Fawcett (1991–2013), litigating personal injury and criminal defense cases
- Law Clerk (1982–1984) to Judge Alan N. Bloch, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania

- Ohio Northern University, where he held the role of Editor‐in‐Chief of the Ohio Northern University Law Review — J.D. (1982)
