- There is also a James Aubrey Parker, a late U.S. District Judge for the District of New Mexico (1987–2022), but he is unrelated to James T. Parker of Washington State
- James T. Parker is a judge serving in the Grays Harbor County judicial system in Washington State, with assignments in both the McCleary District Court and Hoquiam Municipal Court
