### Professional career

- Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Juvenile Court, appointed in November 2025, with nearly two decades of experience representing youth in the justice system
- Associate Justice of the Juvenile Court in the Massachusetts Trial Court, a position she assumed in November 2025
- Her career also includes trial attorney work in the Worcester District and Superior Courts, and earlier legal roles at WilmerHale

- Governor Maura Healey nominated Bennett in September 2025 alongside Benjamin Mann for the Juvenile Court bench.

- Before becoming a judge, Bennett was Attorney in Charge of the Youth Advocacy Division in the Worcester Office of the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) for nearly 20 years.
