- She was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Bars in 1999 and to the U.S. District Court of New Jersey in 1999, later also admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States in 2018
- Janine Danks Fox is a New Jersey Superior Court Family Judge assigned to the Burlington Vicinage, appointed by Governor Phil Murphy after a 25‐year career in family law practice
- Before joining the bench, Judge Fox had a 25‐year career as a partner in the Family Law Department at Szaferman Lakind, where she handled divorce litigation, custody, parenting time, alimony, child support, equitable distribution, post‐judgment modifications, prenuptial agreements, adoptions, and guardianships
- She was also a Court‐approved mediator and served on the District VII Ethics Committee of the New Jersey Supreme Court
