### Professional career

- Separately, Davis is also the subject of a civil lawsuit in San Francisco Superior Court alleging sexual assault of two underage students in the early 2000s while working as a substitute teacher and tutor at San Francisco Waldorf High School

- In September 2025, Judge John True denied Davis’ motion to delay the case, citing the plaintiffs’ long‐standing interest in proceeding and the lack of evidence supporting a stay
