- Jeff Harris is a judge of the 13th Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri, Division 2, serving Boone and Callaway Counties, appointed in 2016 and re‐elected in the same year

- He won the November 8, 2016 general election unopposed and is currently serving his term
- In September 2026, Judge Harris issued a ruling in Marvin “Kent” Shull v.
- Appointed by then‐Governor Jay Nixon on April 22, 2016 to replace retiring Judge Gary Oxenhandler.
- 13th Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri, Department 2, covering Boone and Callaway Counties.
