- Klickitat/Skamania Superior Court Commissioner — Appointed in 2017 by Judge Randall C. Krog to share judicial responsibilities between Klickitat and Skamania counties
- Judge of the Klickitat County West District Court in Washington and concurrently serves as a commissioner for the Klickitat/Skamania Superior Court
- Former Pro Tem Judge — Served in Klickitat County East District Court, Klickitat County Superior Court, Skamania County District Court, and Hood River Municipal Court
- Court-Appointed Arbitrator — In Oregon’s Seventh Judicial District and Klickitat County Superior Court
