- Superior Court judge in New Jersey’s Atlantic/Cape May Vicinage, currently assigned to the Criminal Division in Cape May County as of November 15, 2025
- effective November 15, 2025, Judge Waldman was assigned to the Criminal Division of the Superior Court in Cape May County (Vicinage 1), amending his prior 2025–2026
- In March 2025, Judge Waldman sentenced Elias Santiago to 15 years in state prison for selling fentanyl that led to the deaths of two teenagers in Atlantic County
