## Biography

### Professional career

- In January 2026, Judge Hensal was appointed by the Ohio Supreme Court to hear In re review of power purchase agreement riders of Ohio Power Company when Justice Joseph T. Deters recused himself
- She has been appointed by the Ohio Supreme Court as a visiting judge multiple times, including in 2014, 2019, 2021, and most recently in December 2025.
- Elected to the Ninth District Court of Appeals in 2012 and has held the role of Presiding Judge in 2015, 2017, and 2021, and as Administrative Judge in 2014, 2022, and 2023
- Village solicitor for the Villages of Seville and Lodi She also practiced law for nearly 20 years
