- Prosecutor in the City of Marysville Prosecutor’s Office since 2008
- The Everett Division judge of Snohomish County’s District Court, appointed in December 2025 to fill the vacancy left by Judge Tam Bui, and will serve until the November 2026 general election
- Earlier career in the Snohomish County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, starting as a law clerk in Snohomish County Superior Court
