- As of mid‐2026, Beverly is no longer serving as an immigration judge and is practicing immigration law in Maine
- In July 2025, Beverly left EOIR to return to private practice in Maine, citing the need to continue direct service to affected immigrants
- Jenny Vi Beverly is an immigration judge at the Chelmsford Immigration Court in Massachusetts, appointed in May 2024 by the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) to begin hearing cases
