- Judge of the Sandusky County Court of Common Pleas (General Division) in Ohio, elected in 2018 to fill a vacancy left by the late Hon
- Joined Mayle, Ray & Mayle, LLC in Fremont in 2008 after five years in solo practice at Ray Law Office, LLC.
- His legal practice included personal injury, wrongful death, felony defense, OVI defense, divorce, and custody cases He also served one year as an assistant prosecuting attorney with the Erie County Prosecutor’s Office starting in 2002
