### Professional career

- Jessica M. Dubin is an Associate Justice of the Norfolk Division of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court, appointed by Governor Maura Healey in July 2024

### Education



### Additional information

- Governor Healey nominated Dubin in May 2024, and she was confirmed by the Governor’s Council in June 2024.
- She has also held the role of editor of the Boston Bar Journal
- Before joining the bench, Dubin was a partner at Lee & Rivers LLP, a Boston-based domestic relations firm, where she handled family law cases and provided pro bono representation to survivors of domestic abuse.
- Associate Justice in the Probate and Family Court, which handles matters such as divorce, child support, custody, and probate cases.
- Beyond her judicial duties, Dubin has contributed to legal education, committee work, and community service, including editorial leadership and pro bono legal aid
- She is active on the court’s Education Committee, Evidence Committee, Rules Committee, and Writing Support Committee.
- Judge Dubin is a member of the National Association of Women Judges, American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Massachusetts Family and Probate American Inn of Court, Greater Boston Family Law Inn of Court, Boston Bar Association, and Massachusetts Bar Association
