### Professional career

- Chief Judge of the Idaho Court of Appeals (2022–present)
- Judge, Idaho Court of Appeals, appointed 2017 by Gov
- Practiced health-care transactional law and litigation at Givens Pursley until 2004, then joined the Idaho Attorney General criminal division appellate and capital-litigation units
