- Jessica R. Mayer is an appointed judge on Part B of the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division, serving since 2017 and currently as Presiding Judge of Part G
- In 2024, Chief Justice Rabner appointed Judge Mayer as Presiding Judge of Part G of the Appellate Division
- 2002–2017: Judge, New Jersey Vicinage 8 Superior Court (tenured 2009)
