### Professional career

- Appointed to the Commissioner role in November 2025 by the Grays Harbor County Superior Court
- 2018 – Special Assistant Attorney General
- The role is considered a judicial position, and the Commissioner is one of several judicial officers in the county, alongside elected judges

- representing Washington’s Department of Children, Youth, and Families in child abuse and neglect cases
- Before this, he held the role of Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor for the county, advising the County Board of Commissioners and other officials on civil matters.
