### Professional career

- Jonathan R. Quan has held the role of Magistrate Judge of the Superior Court of Guam since September 2018
- Magistrate Judge Jonathan R. Quan is a senior judge of the Superior Court of Guam, appointed in 2018, with a background in law enforcement, academia, and military service, and recently reappointed to his third term in 2026
- He also leads the Judiciary’s electronic monitoring program and chairs the Criminal Law and Procedure Review Commission, while serving as a major in the Guam Army National Guard’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps
