- Governor Josh Shapiro approved her appointment in June 2023 after the Pennsylvania Senate requested it.
- Joined fill the vacancy created by the retirement of President Judge Pamela Ruest at the end of 2022.
- She noted that her prior experience as an attorney gave her insight into the client’s perspective, while her new role has given her a different vantage point as a decision‐maker
