## Biography

### Professional career

- Magistrate Judge of the Superior Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands, serving a four‐year term in the St. Thomas–St. John judicial district, appointed on December 15, 2025
- Todman has 24 years of continuous service in the Office of the Territorial Public Defender, rising to Chief Public Defender in July 2023
- Deputy Chief Public Defender in the St. Thomas/St. John District (2023) and as an Assistant Territorial Public Defender (2001–2023)
- Presiding Judge Jessica Gallivan appointed Todman to a four‐year term as Magistrate Judge pursuant to 4 V.I.C. § 123 and Rule 310.2(a) of the Superior Court
- She has also served as a judicial law clerk for Hon
- Judge Soraya Diase (Superior Court of the V.I.) and U.S. Magistrate Judge Geoffrey W. Barnard (District Court of the V.I.)
