- Kathleen J. Rastetter is an experienced civil litigator and public servant appointed by Oregon Governor Tina Kotek as Justice of the Peace at the Clackamas County Justice Court, effective January 1, 2026

### Education

- Rutgers University School of Law — J.D. (1992)

- Before law school, she served as a clinical dietitian in hospitals in Denver, San Jose, and Newark.
