- Vice‐Chief Regional District Judge — Appointed by the Chief Justice of Kentucky under Section 110(5)(b) of the Kentucky Constitution and the Regional Administration Charter, effective April 26, 2024, for the term through December 31, 2024, until further order
- Judicial Service: Elected Chief District Court Judge for the 48th District in 2006, re‐elected in 2010 and 2014; term ended January 6, 2019
