- Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Juvenile Court, appointed in 2017, with a long career in juvenile justice and public service

- Began as an assistant clerk-magistrate in February 1997 and became first assistant clerk-magistrate in July 2013
- Listed among the current justices on the official Massachusetts Court System website
- Before becoming a judge, DiLisio had a two-decade career as a clerk-magistrate in the Juvenile Court in Hadley, Massachusetts.
- Prior to joining the court, she worked for about a decade as an assistant district attorney in Hampden County
- She has also been involved in public hearings and council deliberations related to juvenile justice policy
