- Judge Kenneth P. Calton is the Justice of the Peace and Municipal Judge for the Wells Justice/Municipal Court in Elko County, Nevada, elected in 2018 and serving a term through 2031
- With Elko County for over 20 years — began in the Juvenile Detention Center, later in the Child Support Division, now as Justice of the Peace
