### Professional career

- 2004–present – Partner at Sally & Fitch LLP, helping develop its family law practice
- Associate Justice in the Plymouth County Probate and Family Court, a position he assumed on November 16, 2016 after the retirement of Judge Catherine P. Sabaitis
- Associate Justice of the Plymouth County Probate and Family Court in Massachusetts, appointed by Governor Charlie Baker in 2016, with prior service on the Suffolk County Probate and Family Court and a career in family law practice
- 1993–2000 – Associate at White, Inker & Aronson, later promoted to partner

- New England School of Law — J.D. (1993)
- in Political Science – Boston College — B.A. (1989)

### Additional information

- 2016 – Nominated and appointed by Governor Charlie Baker to the Plymouth County Probate and Family Court
