### Professional career

- Carroll County, Georgia attorney and licensed mediator who ran as a nonpartisan candidate for Chief Magistrate Judge in the May 21, 2024 general election

### Education

- B.A. in Accounting (2008) and a Master’s in Public Administration (2010) from the University of West Georgia, followed by a J.D. from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2012.

### Additional information

- In 2016, Phillips was appointed county conservator for Carroll County.
- She was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2013 and is a licensed mediator in general civil, family/domestic, juvenile delinquency, and domestic violence cases
