### Professional career

- Kimberley Slayton White is a judge of the Virginia Court of Appeals, elected by the Virginia General Assembly on June 17, 2022 to an eight‐year term beginning July 1, 2022, filling the vacancy created when Justice Wesley G. Russell Jr. was elevated to the Virginia Supreme Court
- 10th Judicial Circuit Court, Virginia — Judge (2012–2022), Chief Judge (2019–2022) Appointed by then‐Governor Bob McDonnell in 2012 to fill a vacancy; subsequently became full‐time presiding judge in Halifax County
- Commonwealth’s Attorney, Halifax County (2004–2012)
- Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, Western District of Virginia (1995–1997)
- Deputy & Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney, Lynchburg, VA (1991–1997)
- Noted as the first woman judge of the 10th Judicial Circuit
