- Kirsten Gardner announced her candidacy for the Magisterial District Judge seat previously held by Jon E. Kemp and officially took the oath of office on August 25, 2023, at the Lycoming County Courthouse
- Began her legal career as a judicial clerk for Judge Timothy M. Sullivan of Blair County
