### Professional career

- She has been a district court judge in the 25th Judicial District since March 2021
- Appointed chief judge in November 2021 for a term through December 31, 2023, under the Kansas Supreme Court’s administrative order
- Chief Judge of the 25th Judicial District Court, a position
