### Professional career

- Before becoming a judge, Witt has been Commonwealth’s Attorney for the 53rd Judicial Circuit since 2007.
- The nonpartisan incumbent District Court Judge for Kentucky’s 53rd Judicial District, Division 1, serving until December 31, 2026, and is running for re‐election in the November 3, 2026 Kentucky General Election
- She also practiced law in private practice from 1993 to 2007
