### Professional career

- Retired American judge who held the role of Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court from 2014 to 2019, and previously as Chancellor and Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery

- Born 1964.
- Strine has taught at UCLA, UPenn, Vanderbilt, and Harvard Law Schools.
- He is currently the Michael L. Wachter Distinguished Fellow in Law and Policy at UPenn Law School and a Senior Fellow at Harvard’s Program on Corporate Governance.
- He has also held the role of special judicial consultant to the ABA’s Committees on Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions
