Electronic media and still-photography coverage is allowed in Florida public trial and appellate proceedings under Rule 2.450's equipment and conduct standards, always subject to the presiding judge's control of decorum, distractions, and fair administration.

- Leticia J. Marques is a nonpartisan circuit judge of Florida’s 9th Judicial Circuit, currently serving as the Orange County Juvenile Delinquency Judge, with a term ending January 7, 2031

- Administrative Circuit Judge, Criminal (2021–2023)
- Circuit Judge, Orange County Probate/Guardianship/Mental Health/Trusts (2019–2020)
