- Judge of the Sussex County Superior Court in Delaware, appointed by Governor John C. Carney, Jr. on July 6, 2020 to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Scott Bradley
- Deputy Attorney General (1991–1995) in the Civil Division of the Delaware Department of Justice
