## Biography

### Professional career

- New Jersey judge currently serving on Part F of the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division, a position he assumed on September 1, 2025 after being elevated from the Vicinage 4 Superior Court in Camden County.
- Appointed: July 4, 2023 by Chief Justice Stuart Rabner
- Before joining the judiciary, Chase was First Assistant Prosecutor for Camden County (2000–2016) and later an attorney at Liebling Malamut in Cherry Hill.
