### Professional career

- Mark A. Pate is a judge of the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Arkansas, Division 2, serving Prairie and White Counties since 2020
- Earlier Judicial Role: Elected Judge of the White County District Court (Searcy Department) in 2008
- Legal Career: Private practice from 1997; held the role of City Attorney for the City of Bald Knob and as Prosecuting Attorney for multiple White County cities
- Court Address: 2121 Benton Street, White County Justice Center, Searcy, AR 72143
- His stepfather, Hon. Jim Hannah (Ret.), was Chief Justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court; his stepbrother, Hon. Craig Hannah, is also a 17th Judicial Circuit judge
