### Professional career

- Mary E. Gallant‐Cote is a Massachusetts attorney and judicial nominee currently serving as Clerk Magistrate for the Berkshire County Juvenile Courts since June 2022
- Nominated by Governor Maura Healey on March 4, 2026 to serve as an Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Juvenile Court
- She has also held the role of an assistant coach and judge for on‐campus moot court competitions

- On March 4, 2026, Governor Healey nominated Gallant‐Cote to the Juvenile Court, citing her “deep experience, sound judgment, and a strong sense of fairness”.
- Gallant‐Cote is a Fitchburg State University alumnus (Class of 2002) and was part of the school’s first Moot Court cohort.
