### Professional career

- 2021–present: District Court Judge, Department 3, Fourth Judicial District Court (Elko County)
- Elko Township Justice of the Peace and City of Elko Municipal Court Judge (2013–2020)
- Mason Edward Simons is the District Court Judge for Department 3 of the Fourth Judicial District Court in Elko County, Nevada, and also serves as Juvenile Court Judge

### Education

- University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Utah State University — J.D. (2003)
