- Michael R. Montero is a judge of the Sixth Judicial District Court in Humboldt County, Nevada, and has been serving in this role since 2008, with re‐elections in 2015 and 2021
- Current scope: Since July 1, 2015, when the Sixth Judicial District was split, Montero is the only judge presiding over all civil and criminal cases at the District Court level in Humboldt County
