### Education

- B.A. and J.D. from Seton Hall University and is a graduate of St. Peter’s Preparatory School

### Additional information

- Before his judicial appointment, Parlavecchio was Chief Counsel to the Essex County Board of Chosen Freeholders and had extensive experience in municipal law, governmental affairs, civil and commercial litigation, insurance defense, and public contract law.
- He also held the role of Vice Chairman of the Township of Millburn Zoning Board of Adjustment
