- Judge Michael L. Tucker is a Republican‐appointed judge of the Ohio Second District Court of Appeals, serving since February 2017 and re‐elected in 2022, with a career spanning two decades as a trial judge and over 20 years in private legal practice
- Appellate Judge: Joined the Second District Court of Appeals in 2017; has served on the bench for eight years
- Trial Judge: Elected to Montgomery County Common Pleas Court in 2001; held the role of Administrative Judge for three years
